Notes: Let’s talk about a throwback, and I mean throwback so far, its quite literally the start of my photography career. This was shot on the Florida date of the Van’s warped tour - the first year I was ever approved to shoot the festival. I shot dozens of bands that day, running around like a madman to capture anything and everything I could. Little did I know I was going to capture a moment like this. This is the late Mitch Lucker, frontman for the band Suicide Silence. Mitch would tragically pass away two years later, leaving behind his massive legacy to the metal and hardcore scene. It look alot of digging to find this photograph, but I am very excited for it to get the respect I didn’t think I’d be able to give this. Rest In Power
